I have visited Bangore O2 store late week. Such a amazing service I receive from Staff. Staff person3 named as Ahmed guide very well. He explained very well and help me to save money and get best device which suits my needs. I was about to leave O2 due to some problems I was facing but he made my day and make me to stay with O2. Such a amazing helpful person. I would love to visit o2 again and again if I got person like Ahmed help me

My wife had her phone wallet and all bank cards stolen on a trip to Dublin. We returned to Anglesey to complete our holiday and called to this shop to see if they could help under these difficult circumstances. Vincent and Bob in particular and indeed all staff were patient and helpful and eager to help. My wife left the shop with a new phone and contract and we continued our holiday in a better frame of mind. Highly recommend this outlet. Many thanks to all concerned.
