I walked into this shop today with a dress I thought needed altering. I was seen straight away and put the dress on in a private changing room. I was given great advice & reassurance, not rushed in any way. No alterations required and no charge for her time or expert knowledge! Would highly recommend this very honest service

I bought a ballgown online which arrived quickly but was nothing like the one I ordered. at least a foot too long, choker neckline instead of halter neck and actually did choke me. Tracey had worked her magic a few years ago for my daughter and she did the same again. Tracey was going away the day after I went in and wasn't back until the day before I was travelling to Oxford for a ball for the Kings Coronation. I was seriously worried but as always the result was perfect. Honestly cannot thank you enough Tracy and we really did have an absolute ball at the ball

Highly recommended, tooky lambretta bag there because the strap was coming undone after just 3 weeks of purchasing in Chester,! Tracey did an amazing job you can't even tell it's been repaired, it really has been restored to its former glory. Taking another bag to her tomorrow along with a wooden jumper with a hole in it. This lady is best seamstress within a Ten thousand mile radius? Marvelous job yet again and I would highly recommend them to anybody. Service is friendly and second to none. It's worth paying a visit just to see some of the beautiful men's garments on sale in this little gem of a shop.
